I began training athletes in 2011 after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Windsor. My commitment to coaching and training athletes has led me to multiple certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). My goal has always been to maintain continuing education to work towards mastering my craft.
Starting at the age of 17, Joelle was already in a local YMCA teaching high and low impact aerobics to every age.
10 years ago Joelle was introduced to a whole new world of functional training through a methodology called CrossFit. Through which Joelle fell in love with powerlifting and how empowering it made her and others feel. Quickly becoming CrossFit certified with a specialty in powerlifting she realized her passion was to empower other women. Seeing a huge shift from Day 1 meant they too were becoming empowered.
With a combination of functional strength and conditioning and powerlifting Joelle is able and willing to help anyone get in shape, gain confidence and transform physically and mentally.
