Mike Alfonso

I started training athletes in 2011 after finishing my undergrad at the University of Windsor. My passion for coaching and training athletes has led me to multiple qualifications in the field of the NSCA ( National Strength & Conditioning Association). My goal has always been to maintain continuing education to work towards mastering my craft.
